Exercise Program

 

This program is designed for the active older adult!  

 

The goal is to maintain and increase flexibility, muscle tone, and cardiovascular efficiency.  The program includes stretching, low impact aerobics, and general conditioning exercises. Each participant will need a floor pad or large towel.  WOMEN ONLY!

 

Ages:  50 and Up; Women Only

Location:  Orchard Park Senior Center

Cost:  $80 (40 classes)

Monday, Wednesday, Friday:  September 13th- December 17th

 (No Program:  10/11,   11/26)

Time:  9:00am-10:00am
