Then this is the class for you! Come join our AEA certified instructor in this fun and invigorating class.  You will be able to tone up while improving your coordination, agility, strength, and overall physical fitness level.

 Ages:  16 and up

Location:   Orchard Park Middle School Pool

Price:  $96.00 for 24 classes

(No Class:    9/21,   9/30,    11/11,    11/25)

Tuesdays and Thursdays:  September 14th- December 16th

Time: 7:30-8:30pm
