Camp Health Form 2023/2024

We are now using a new program 

to provide our counselors with up to the minute information about our campers.

If you are registered for any of our Camps and have not received a link to input your child's health information, please call us at 662-6450. 

Children will not be allowed to stay at camp without a completed health form.
